Logivision announces integration with UWG	2007-08-22
Juin 2008- Logivision has completed the integration to Unified Western grocers and the U-LINK store software. The interface was developed to accomodate new specifications determined by UWG for its data transfers. Founded in 1922, Unified Grocers, Inc. is a retailer-owned wholesale grocery distributor that supplies independent retailers throughout the Western United States. Unified and its subsidiaries, which generated approximately $3 billion in sales during fiscal 2006, offer independent retailers all the resources they need to compete in the supermarket industry. With their new acquisition of Associated Grocers, Unified becomes one of the largest independent grocery wholesalers in the United States.

Purdy's rollout completed	2007-06-07
Purdy's manufactures high quality chocolates that are sold in their retail stores using L-POS on the Toshiba St-71 touch screen point of sale terminals. Stores have 2 to 4 POS terminals each running integrated debit, credit and gift card. King Corp of Vancouver Canada is happy to have completed the rollout of L-POS into over 50 chocolate shops across Canada. Purdy's has stated that the time saved because of the simplified touch screen entries, the bar code scanning and the integrated credit authorization has helped decrease customer wait time significantly.

Rabba Foods goes contactless payment with L-POS	2007-03-10
Rabba Foods is a Toronto-based neighbourhood food market chain that has adapted contactless payment system avalaible from Chase-Paymentech. The system has helped Rabba speed up the check-out process, and that keeps everyone happy. L-POS is integrated with Tender Retail's Merchant Connect software to connect with Chase Paymentech credit, debit and gift card processing. Rabba has been using L-POS for price management, headquarter data management and reporting, and for data communications between stores and headquarters. The system was installed by POSCO, a Toronto area L-POS reseller.
